These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Taska Android application ("App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the App

Taska is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may use the app to:

  • Create, edit, or delete tasks.

  • Set reminders to receive task alerts.

  • View upcoming tasks via a widget on your home screen.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring the accuracy of task data you input.

  • Managing notifications and reminder settings.

3. Intellectual Property

The App, its content, and its design are the property of the developer. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or reproduce the app or any part of it.

4. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages resulting from:

  • Missed reminders or alerts.

  • Data loss due to app uninstallation, device issues, or failure to back up.

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

5. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the app at any time without notice.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes indicates your acceptance.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
